Getting Started
How do I create a candidate profile?
Click 'Create Profile' on the homepage or navigate to the registration page. Fill in your details including education, skills, and experience to build a complete profile.
How do I log into my account?
Click 'Sign In' at the top of the page and enter your registered email and password.
How do I complete my profile?
After logging in, go to your Dashboard. You'll see a progress bar showing your profile completion. Click on each section to fill in your details.
Jobs & Applications
How do I search for jobs?
Browse available positions on the homepage under 'Featured Jobs' or use the search and filter options to find roles matching your skills and preferences.
How do I apply for a job?
Click on any job listing to view details, then click 'Apply Now'. Your profile information will be used for the application.
Can I track my applications?
Yes! Go to your Dashboard and click 'My Applications' in the sidebar to see all your submitted applications and their current status.
How does AI job matching work?
Our AI analyzes your skills, experience, and preferences to match you with the most suitable job openings and provides a compatibility score.
Profile & CV
How do I build my CV?
Your profile automatically generates a professional CV. Go to your Dashboard and click 'Download CV' or 'View CV' to access it.
Can I edit my profile sections?
Yes, each section on your Dashboard (Education, Experience, Skills, etc.) has an edit button. Click it to update your information.
How do I add skills to my profile?
Go to the Skills section on your Dashboard. Search for skills by category, select them, and set your proficiency level.
Privacy & Security
Who can see my profile?
You control your profile visibility in the Privacy section of your Dashboard. Options include Public, Limited, and Private.
How is my data protected?
We use industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect your personal information. Read our Privacy Policy for full details.
Can I delete my account?
Please contact our support team at info@gethired360.com to request account deletion.
For Employers
How do I post a job?
Register as an employer and use the job posting form to create and publish job listings. Our team will guide you through the process.
How does candidate screening work?
Our AI-powered screening system evaluates candidates based on your job requirements, providing match scores and ranked recommendations.
How do I contact candidates?
Once candidates apply, you can view their profiles and contact them through the platform's built-in communication tools.
