By accessing or using GetHired360 ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform. These terms apply to all users, including candidates, employers, recruiters, and visitors.

GetHired360 is an intelligent recruitment platform that provides: • Candidate profile creation and management • Job listing and search functionality • AI-powered job matching and candidate screening • Professional CV generation • Application tracking and pipeline management • Communication tools between candidates and employers The Platform connects job seekers with employers across Pakistan and internationally.

Registration: You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Account Security: You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. One Account Per Person: Each individual may maintain only one candidate account. Duplicate accounts may be removed. Age Requirement: You must be at least 16 years old to create an account on GetHired360.

As a candidate, you agree to: • Provide truthful and accurate information in your profile • Keep your profile information up to date • Not misrepresent your qualifications, skills, or experience • Not submit fraudulent applications • Respect the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared during the recruitment process • Not use the Platform for any unlawful purpose

As an employer or recruiter, you agree to: • Post only genuine, legitimate job opportunities • Provide accurate job descriptions and requirements • Not discriminate against candidates based on protected characteristics • Handle candidate data responsibly and in compliance with applicable laws • Not use candidate information for purposes other than recruitment • Respond to applications in a timely and professional manner

All content on GetHired360, including but not limited to the design, text, graphics, logos, icons, software, and AI algorithms, is the property of GetHired360 and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without our express written permission. User Content: You retain ownership of the content you submit (profile information, documents, etc.) but grant GetHired360 a license to use, display, and process this content for the purpose of providing our services.

GetHired360 uses artificial intelligence for: • Job matching and recommendations • Candidate screening and scoring • CV analysis and insights • Chat assistance AI-generated results are provided as recommendations and should not be considered as the sole basis for hiring decisions. Employers are responsible for their own hiring decisions. AI screening scores are based on objective criteria matching and may not capture all aspects of a candidate's suitability.

You may not: • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Platform without permission • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform • Harass, abuse, or harm other users • Post misleading, false, or deceptive content • Use the Platform to distribute spam or unsolicited communications • Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's functionality • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

GetHired360 is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee: • That you will find employment or suitable candidates • The accuracy of AI-powered matching or screening results • Uninterrupted or error-free service • The conduct or reliability of other users To the maximum extent permitted by law, GetHired360 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

By You: You may deactivate or delete your account at any time by contacting our support team. By Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any reason at our discretion with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Data deletion will follow our Privacy Policy guidelines.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through the courts of Islamabad, Pakistan.
